Wellspring recognizes that 4 to 8 weeks spent at Wellspring Adventure Camp plus the After-Care Program, is a critical first step, but may not be a complete solution, especially for campers who are 50-100 lbs. overweight or more.
This is why Wellspring operates Wellspring Academies (WSA) the first comprehensive solution for teens struggling with their weight – year-round therapeutic boarding schools for permanent weight loss with campuses in North Carolina and California.
Many Wellspring Adventure Campers transition to nearby WSCL after completing the Carolina Challenge.
